The Pioppi Diet – a 21 Day Lifestyle Plan by Dr Aseem Malhotra & Donal O’Neill
I recently finished this book which looks at all aspects of lifestyle rather than looking just at food. It is based on looking at a small village in Italy where occupants live long, fit and health lives. The 21 day plan, with receipesm comes at the end and a big chunk of the book is an education in looking at the effects of food on the body, backed up by lots of scientific research. An incredibly interesting and enlightening book.
